I have over 20 years’ experience in Vocational Rehabilitation working directly with clients who have wide-ranging needs across a number of services and contracts involving retention, transition, and return-to-work provision.
I have specialist knowledge in delivering assessment and case management for catastrophic injuries, including acquired brain injury, amputation, and orthopaedic injuries, spanning the personal injury, disability insurance, and employer sectors. I have also worked for many years on the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service contract building my experience and knowledge of support for mental health and neurodiversity in the workplace.
I have delivered across a number of private and government contracts, monitoring, evaluating, and improving these services to ensure they are effective and fit for purpose. I am also proficient in delivering dyslexia screening assessments.
My background is in Human Resources and I am up to date on employment law matters.
