So we’ve done Christmas, where often the colder weather is more easily managed due to festive cheer and spending time with loved ones. But, we still face a grim couple of months ahead (please no longer) of short days, low temperatures and lots of grey days.
This can make a lot of people feel mentally and physically drained and it is estimated that Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) impacts 4-6% of people. Symptoms include lethargy, low mood, irritability, poor motivation and a difficulty concentrating. We can probably all relate to some of those symptoms.
